5. Perishable Food Items and Product Condition

  • Product Safety: You agree not to consume any raw beef product that has been compromised in transit or offer it to others for consumption. “Compromised” is defined as any raw beef product that has exceeded a temperature of 36 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival.

  • Liability: CW Squared Beef LLC is not liable for any issue resulting from the consumption of compromised product.

  • Resolution: Any product that is compromised in transit will either be refunded or replaced, based on our Refund/Replacement Policy.

  • Customer Dissatisfaction: You acknowledge that our pasture raised beef cooks differently than standard grocery store beef, and personal preference regarding taste or texture is not grounds for a refund or replacement.

  • Variable Weight Products: Butchered meat products vary in size and shape. By purchasing from CW Squared Beef LLC, you agree to receive product that may have weight variations from the described amount on the website.

6. Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation

By purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by the terms detailed in our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy (a copy of which is available HERE. Key points include:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns on perishable food products under any circumstance.

  • Unfulfilled Orders: You may cancel any unfulfilled order for a full refund prior to 30 days of processing (applies to deposits for beef shares). Unfulfilled subscription orders can be canceled 15 days prior to shipping but a refund will not be issued if you cancel a subscription after it has already shipped or after billing for the next shipment has already passed.

  • Time Limit for Issues: You have 48 hours from delivery to notify us of product quality or delivery issues. After 10 days from delivery, the order is non-refundable and non-replaceable.

7. Privacy Policy
